Delivery Methods
Except for Moroccan Center*, all orders are shipped via courier services such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.
- A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please provide an alternative address, such as your workplace, or specify where the parcel may be safely left (e.g., with a neighbor).
- If no one is available to receive the package, a card will be left to arrange redelivery.
- For international deliveries, FEDEX collaborates with local postal services in each country.
- Any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties are the customer's responsibility upon delivery to their country.
Shipping for Lighting Items
- Free standard shipping worldwide from Morocco.
- Average delivery time: 5-14 business days (varies by location).
- Once shipped, a tracking number and link will be provided.
- Custom Orders: Estimated delivery time is approximately 4-8 weeks for rugs . For rush orders, please contact us.
